By accessing or using SCIS (Supply Chain Integration Suite) at scis-app.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
SCIS is operated from Austria. These terms are governed by Austrian law.
SCIS is an AI-powered supply chain management platform for small and medium-sized enterprises. The platform provides:
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Each user belongs to one organization. The organization Owner manages team membership, roles, and billing. Users are invited to organizations by Owners or Admins.
You must notify us immediately at contact@scis-app.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
SCIS offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Free plan includes all manual tools and 5 AI credits per month. The Pro plan costs EUR 49 per month and includes 100 AI credits per month with additional credit packs available.
Pricing covers the entire organization regardless of team size. There are no per-seat charges.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period, then revert to the Free plan.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at the original price for the remainder of the billing cycle.
AI-powered features consume credits. Each of the following actions costs 1 credit:
Credits reset monthly on the billing cycle date. Unused credits do not roll over. Additional credit packs (10 credits for EUR 9) are available for Pro plan users.
You retain all rights to your data. SCIS does not claim ownership of any data you upload or create on the platform.
You grant SCIS a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service — including sending data to AI providers for document scanning, classification, and screening.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload. You must not upload data that you do not have the right to process.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
AI features (document scanning, HS code classification, sanctions screening, and the AI assistant) are provided as advisory tools. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies.
Sanctions screening: AI screening results are not a substitute for professional compliance advice. You should validate results with licensed compliance professionals for regulatory purposes.
HS code classification: AI-suggested codes should be verified by a qualified customs professional before use in official declarations.
SCIS is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.
We aim to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Support is available via email at contact@scis-app.com. Pro plan users receive priority support.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCIS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
SCIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to SCIS in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The SCIS platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of SCIS. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.
Your data remains your intellectual property. SCIS does not claim any rights to your business data.
You may stop using SCIS at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting contact@scis-app.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practical. In case of termination, you will have an opportunity to export your data.
If SCIS discontinues the service, we will provide a minimum of 90 days' notice for you to export all your data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Austria.
